How to check suspense account

Sales Invoice status is Paid in full but amount is not reflected in bank account.

I read the “Bank account balance does not match summary” topic, may be I did not allocate it properly, It was advised to check Suspense account, how to check suspense account, and if found the difference amount there, how to move to bank account.

You check suspense, by seeing if that account is listed under the Equity section on the Summary tab. If no suspense account is shown then that’s not your problem.

View that transaction, wherever it came from, and click Edit. While in the Edit screen, simply adjust the account to which the transaction was allocated.
