How safe is the server version when used by multiple business

Is it safe to use one server edition for multiple clients? Considering that all default “production server” risks are taken care off e.g firewall, ownership/permissions etc. And each user has only acces to their company on the server.

My main concern is that some user/company could read other users/company data trough some kind of sql injection (just an example).

Have there been any cases in the past? Or can we safely use the server edition to provide our clients with a solid and safe boekeeping solution?

SQL injection is not possible because Manager is not using SQL database.

Each business is stored in its own database so this provides enough isolation even in case of potential bugs.
