I have about 10 sales man they use sales order
I want to know which sales man requested this sales order when I preview sales order page
is that possible ?
I know the custom Field … and I can make combo box
but they have to choose the sales man from this combo box every time they make sales order
is there any good choose ?

No. Form Defaults could be used to set a default salesperson, but individual users cannot set different form defaults.
If you think about it, this is no more difficult than retail clerks signing in to an electronic cash register to record sales at a store. I suspect your salespeople are paid on commission. I doubt someone would be unwilling to give up their commission in order to avoid selecting their name from a list in the custom field.

Yes possible. viewing the sales order at the bottom right is the audit trail. To confirm that he is the one creating the record. There’s also “History” in the upper right of the app to check.

oh sorry, i thought the sales order itself. as an add-on you can enable the column for salesperson, helpful during advance search.
You enable columns only for the tab list. Custom fields are designated to show on the transaction view when the field is defined.
