I have forgotten my username (cloud). How can i be assisted?
You can always enter “administrator” as username and then click “Forgot password” link.
“administrator” password reset is not working for Cloud Edition. Magic link is fine, accepts new password for “Change” but new password rejected after password reset.
same problem is with me , i’m not able to login after resetting password for administrator.

I see the issue. It has been fixed in the latest version now.
