how to make my sales invoice to have just 1.Description 2.Price (in currency) 3.Amount so as my invoice to be more of a service . ---

If you use the standard invoice in Manager you get an invoice like this ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/manager1/original/3X/c/9/c9d4d287e2c0b7830cf92885e1316b07a49276ad.png) Hard to see why this does not match your requirements Description Not sure what you mean by price and amount It would seem odd to indicate a price without specifying the quantity for example 2 hours @ 600/hr = 1,200 Just having 600 and 1,200 would seem very odd ---

You can do that using a custom theme. That seems a strange thing to do, as the column represent the number of units sold and unless you are selling USD doesn’t make a lot of sense ---

yes basically am selling service thats why am trying, where exactly on custom themes can i change that. ---

I do not see the problem. If you ensure that the QY field is empty then you will only see the Amount column. ---

And setting the Base Currency in Settings will put a dollar sign in front of the Total amount. ---

If you just want the label to change then do this: - Create a new non-inventory item and - Use “USD” for its unit name. Now everytime you make a sale, just select that item. If you’re classifying your services under multiple profit and loss accounts, you will need to setup a non-inventory item for each service. ---
