I purchased a used machine with 10k deposit and the balance pay by monthly instalment via bank transfer. Where should i put it in manager?

First you activated the Fixed Assets tab and create the machine as a Fixed Asset Item.
For the purchase do a Spend Money where you put the total value of the machine to the Fixed Asset Item, the borrowed amount as a negative to a Hire purchase account to equal the payment of 10K.
