Highlighting Text in Custom Field

Version 24.5.11.1530, Windows10
Trying to highlight text in a custom field (in this scenario the Delivery Instructions field).
Works to view on screen however does not work when printing to either default printer, PDF printer or PDF button.

Is there a way to get this to actually show on the printed document?

Use script to modify the default stylesheet, especially in the @media print section.
