I have just downloaded this programme to a new computer and moved all my business across So far so good.
I have tied to do a payment against an invoice - this was easy on my old one as it had a "make payment " button at h top. This new version doesn’t instead t has a “new receipt” button. I used this and switched it to payment etc but for some reason is now adding the payment to the invoice instead of taking the amount off.
How do I fix this??
Purchase invoices have a new payment button. Sales invoices have a new receipt button. If the incorrect button is showing, then you entered the invoice as the wrong type.
