Help with Custom Report with Division

Help with custom query with Division please

Trying to find transactions in Account “repairs” with Division “???” in 2024 (so I can bulk update Division to something else)

here is my query set up which returns no results

this Custom Report is an alternate approach since Divisions doesn’t seem to be available in Advance Query as posted here -
