Welcome to the forum.

The best way is to simply use your browsers Print dialogue to select paper orientation.

If on the other hand, you want to View on screen as Landscape, then the simplist way is to use Theme Enhancer Feature.

First:

Go to Sales Invoices tab > View any invoice

Then:

At the bottom of the view screen there’s a collapsed section labelled Theme Enhancer.

Expand this section, click Submit, then an AI chatbox will appear where you can tell the AI to do the following:

  1. Make the paper size A4 Landscape

  2. Save the theme as A4 Landscape

Finaly:

You can go to any document Edit screen, check Custom Theme and select A4 Landscape from the dropdown list that appears.

You can also go to any tab, say Credit Notes, then go to Form Defaults and set the custom theme from there s o that every Credit Note created will have this theme applied by default.
