# Generating Documents such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Ledgers and others in excel format

How can one print document directly into excell

You cannot print into Excel. But at the bottom of the invoice and all the rest of the links, there is a copy to clipboard. you can use that to copy into Excel. like in images hope it help

You might be better off using the copy to clipboard button as described, but then use VBA code to import and process the clipboard data. Reports such as the P/L and BS don’t come across with the expected signs, so you need to detect the appropriate text only triggers for when to apply a negation.  
You will also want to write your code to perform action in discrete segments - especially since the text presentation of the reports (such as the formatting of account names) seems to be considered “fluid” by the coders, so you will need to be able to make adjustments based on the latest undocumented changes (whims) of those writing the Manager code.

It must also be noted that despite claims of having fixed the issues, selecting and copying report data generates different results than using the copy to clipboard button - a shift in header information spacing being a notable discrepancy.
