Box account appear in the GL if recorded J entry but not if recorded in payment receipt.

You will need to provide additional information on the issues you are facing along with screen shots of what appears in one place but doesn’t appear in the other.
Do you mean the Cash / Bank account does not appear in Journal entries?
In Manager, we cannot use Cash / Bank account in Journal entries,
Cash / Bank account can only be used for Receipts, Payments, Inter Account Transfers and Bank Reconciliations Transactions.
I mean when i record such as salary by jornal entry, it appers in GL, but when i record by payment don’t appears.
@user3, you need to post screen shots of the Edit screens of the journal entry and the payment.
