Ok at the moment my form settings do not allow for the Vat or tax total to be totalled and added to the bottom. Of Multiple lines in an invoice.

Tax totals are already shown in the totals group, by tax code. If they are not showing in your custom theme, it is because you included code that suppresses them. Again, you will get no help without sharing your code.
