If this is accrued interest, you can set up a recurring journal entry. If you are referring to interest paid or received, you cannot. But you can clone or copy the receipt or payment from the previous month to avoid entering data again.
Depending on who the loan is and how it is paid. If the interest appears in a bank statement, I would use a bank import with a bank rule.
