My accountant requires a file for a specific period i.e. 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2014. If I do a back up the file gives the accountant more data than she needs. Is there a way to save the file for just that period.
Just send the required period as a pdf document. No need for the full backup to be sent to the accountant.
