I wanted to raise a feature request that we’re getting asked about almost every day.
We work with a lot of companies in the UAE doing glass, aluminium, and fabrication work. In these industries, items are not sold just by quantity. Everything is based on size, meaning width and height, and then calculated into square meters (SQM).
Right now, Manager.io doesn’t support this type of calculation, which is becoming a serious limitation for us.
What would help
Even a simple solution would be enough, like:

Adding Width & Height fields in invoice lines

Auto-calculating SQM
-
Using SQM × Quantity × Unit Price for totals
Or even allowing custom calculated fields would solve most of the problem.
If anyone else here is dealing with glass, aluminium, fabrication, or similar work, it would be great if you could share your experience too.
This feature would make a big difference.
