Exchange rate update giving error message

Hello, I can not update the exchange rate. I am getting a message saying,

” Network response was not ok”

Anything the matter with this function?

I’m not sure what “Network” means in this case but I would start my troubleshooting with the following:

  1. Check your internet connection. Obviously, you have internet otherwise you wouldn’t be able to create this post. But maybe if you were using another computer, that device may need to be connected or restarted.

  2. Check if the url in Settings > Web Services > Exchange Rates. In my case, I visited https://forex.manager.io and it’s working.

    You can mostly check if the remote server is working simply by visiting the url, or doing a ping – if you know how to do that, or you can check an online ping service.

  3. If you are using Cloud or Server Edition, you may have to restart the server. For cloud edition, you can restart from:
    https://cloud.manager.io
