Excel for Batch Update

I just copied data (sales invoices) for batch update into Excel and I note that the data seems to be misaligned when pasted into excel. Descriptions appear where quantities (Lines.Amount, Lines.Discount Lines.DiscountAmount, Lines.Debit etc) or values should appear

Please check and assist.

Have you used text-to-columns function at anytime before you pasted the data into excel?

I did earlier in the day. I have restarted my excel instance and it is ok.
