Error when testing email settings

I am getting the following error message when testing email settings

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: X-Alias-Spam-Detected: sales@diadsigns.co.za

Using Ver 22.7.27

Please advise.

I spoke with the ISP and they say to me - the email needs to be authenticated otherwise its not going to work, i dont see an option as such on Manager, any suggestions?

The issue was on my end. the email address i had setup was actually just an alias and hence the issues. I have created an email address, tested and everything seems to be working as it should. Thank you for taking time to assist me, i do appreciate it very much.
