Hello @L_K_Management_Servi,

Sorry for the late response.

It looks like there’s some other Windows process hijacking access to the data folder.

Please do the following:

  1. Ensure that Manager (or the Current OS user) has access permissions to the location

  2. Check your system for processes interfering with Manager (It could be cloud storage, firewall, antivirus or some sort of corrupted settings)

  3. Take backup of your current data files and store them seperately. Do not open with the newer version

  4. Uninstall Manager completely from your device, check your Add or remove programs utility for duplicate installs and if so, uninstall all of them

  5. Reinstall the latest version, and reconfigure data file and see if it works.

Since you provided a traceback, I’m going to place this under bugs, jic.

Also, I noticed your filename has many dot characters (.) in it. What happens when you rename your file without any sus characters?

Thanks so much on your reply, appreciate it. I will do as you said and tidy up my file with shorter filename
