Hi I have not used my program since January due to sickness and went to open it from a back up I got an error message saying access denied. I downloaded the latest version and tried to open that and got the access denied message again.I looked into the forum to see if I could find an answer but could not
are you trying to open the backup file directly or did you import the backup file to Manager program first?
Could you right-click on shortcut and try to Run as administrator ? Does it work then?
Thank you this worked. My pc is setup as administrator but by doing your suggestion worked.
