Certainly looks like an application issue, however … @Sharip … do you repeatedly get this message, or did it only happen once? If you repeatedly get the error, what do you do to trigger it? (what tabs or pages are you looking at when it happens?)
It could be that the database was under heavy load at the time (as the message indicates that the SQLite database was busy / locked at the time).
