Error 520 when clicking “Recalculate” in Inventory Cost Correction

Hi everyone,

I encountered an issue while using the Recalculate function under Inventory Cost Correction in Manager.io.

When I click the Recalculate button, I receive the following error message:

DELETE /api4/inventory-unit-cost-batch failed: 520

… (HTML response shown in popup)

It appears that instead of a proper response, the system is returning an HTML error page with status code 520.

Details:

• Module: Inventory Cost Correction
• Action: Clicking “Recalculate”
• Result: Error popup with 520 response
• Browser: (you can add your browser here, e.g., Chrome/Safari)
• Version: (add your Manager.io version if available)

What I’ve tried:

• Refreshing the page
• Logging out and back in
• Trying a different browser

Still encountering the same issue.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the issue but it could have been resolved by now.
