# Employee ID Creation

Dear Sirs,

Is there any way, we can add up employee ID to be generated, same like customers.

Your question is not clear.

If you are referring to creating employee ID numbers, use a custom field. The field will be available when entering a new employee, as described in this Guide: [Manager Cloud](https://guides.manager.io/9751).

If you are referring to adding up amounts you owe an employee, read this Guide: [Manager Cloud](https://guides.manager.io/9752). The last topic in the Guide explains where to look for information about what you owe an employee.
