Gents,

I’ve seen and I’m using the possibility to sent email directly through [Manager.io](http://Manager.io).
However what is missing is the template for ‘Customer Portal’.

Template: \> Settings \> Email Templates:

- Using : Sales Invoices
- Available : Credit Note, Customer Statement, Payment, Payslip, Purchase Invoice, Receipt
- Missing : Customer Portal, and probably others 😉

Do I overlook or is it really missing?

Cheers,
Canefield

I don’t know about this part since I don’t have a complete list of everything that could be emailed:

However, we do have an Email button for **Customer Portal** and it only makes sense to have an email template for that as well.

I will place this in #ideas and change the subject accordingly

Interesting question! Switching account types like customer → student could really help with organizing data. Did you already check the official documentation

? Sometimes the answer is hidden there.

Welcome to the forum @Naumi_Rich,

Changing tab names is not a feature of Manager.

I have to point this out to save you and other users the trounle of having to search the guides for something that doesn’t exist.

You can use scriptExtension to rename tabs
