# Email template

Hi all

Did anyone experience the default email template does not work properly!!

Dear {{customer\_first\_name}},

We’ve attached invoice {{invoice\_number}} for ${{invoice\_amount\_due}}.  
Payment is due by {{invoice\_due\_date}}.  
Please get in touch if you’ve got any questions.

Regards,  
{{your\_business\_contact\_full\_name}}  
{{your\_business\_name}}  
{{your\_business\_email}}  
{{your\_business\_phone}}

In those field does not change when emailing to customer!!

Email template has never supported those variables.

Righto but will it ever support those values??

Surely all the hard work has been done on your end with the custom invoice template. Just give us a blank page to code ourselves and watch us go.
