Email settings - error

we use cloud version of the program and I’m trying to set up the email settings so I can send invoice reminders directly from manager.

I’ve put in all of the details but upon testing i get the below error:

Could this be because we have 2FA set up on our email system?
If so is there a way of stopping the error without compromising our email system?

The error explains it all and is not one of Manager. You need to contact your administrator and indeed this has to do with 2FA.

thanks @eko. I thought this would be the case.
I’ll contact our IT person and see if they can assist.
