I placed some default text for invoices orders etc.

**Looks Like this in Manager**

Thank you for your continued business!

Attached is a our latest invoice as per our discussion The amount due is payable on receipt hereof:  
For any questions, feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience !

**Received like this in Google mail and Outlook**

All text on one line with text wrap at the end of the line  
Any ideas to resolve

Using latest ver. of desktop

I had the same issue. Please see the link below where it was explained to me:
