Email address not coming across on batch create

I am trying to batch create my customers. I am setting up in spreadsheet and copying and pasting as directed, all my information is coming across except for the email address. No matter what I try like renaming the column it will not bring data across.

Any ideas?

Perhaps the column name is not called Email ?
