Any one can edit and add new translation which can change previous translations!!!

I’m not sure about the process but in my case (translating to Somali language) is a little bit hard, there is no formal body or institute that have authority to establish or interpret Accounting terms (you may see different translations)

So is there a way or features to Translate manually???

Translations are not hard-coded. There is `Translations.json` file in installation directory where Manager takes available languages from.

But, I strongly encourage to do translations through [WebTranslateIt](https://webtranslateit.com/en/projects/2694-Manager/invitation_request). It will be easier, plus it will be shared with everyone.
