I have a custom field i wanted to see when clicking on pending deposits under bank and cash accounts. is there any way around this? ---

@lubos Could you add an “Is Empty” option to the Cleared Parameter field in the `Receipts` and `Payments` _Custom Query_? I attempted to assist @Raikkonen from working within the Receipts Tab, but I couldn’t find a workaround because Manager does not currently provide an “ **Is Empty** ” condition for the Cleared field in the “_Where_” parameters. ![Screenshot 2025-03-19 214856](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex019/uploads/manager1/original/3X/d/c/dcaef0320d01c0d4b0667fee046e30658dc689fc.png) I also tried filtering transactions where the Clearing Date falls after today’s date (using the **After** parameter) to capture pending deposit transactions, but this approach failed. It appears that Manager does not recognize uncleared transactions for this purpose if no date has been entered in the Cleared field. With the “ **Is Empty** ” option available, @Raikkonen can get the list of transactions he is looking for. ---

For sure we need to have `Is empty` on date fields that can be empty. However in this particular case, I think `Date` should be renamed to `Receipt date` and `Cleared` renamed to `Cleared date`. And then there should be new boolean column `Is cleared` The reasoning is that every receipt can have two kinds of dates so we should use correct terminology for both. For example, on invoices, we already have `Issue date` and `Due date` for the very same reason. ---

We actually have a “Cheque Date” custom field in our receipts, that’s why it would have been nice to have custom fields as columns in pending deposits to have an overview of the cheque dates. ---
