Each time I click on the print botton the screen font enlarges and nothing

I am trying to print invoices from my android cellphone but each time I click on the print button the screen enlarges and nothing happens. Does not even ask for a printer

Please indicate whether you are using the server or cloud edition. If server, what version? And what browser? Does your browser have the ability to print from a cell phone?

I am using the cloud and the version is 23.8.1.190

More importantly are the last questions by @Tut that you need to answer, i.e. what browser and does your browser have the ability to print from the android cellphone? Especially the latter, have you printed anything else like a news page from that browser?

I’ve managed to sort it out. Now printing from pdf. Enabled it on obsolete features.
