I have tried to update as i was having trouble with my emailing but i am unable to download the new version onto my desktop. The message i am getting is :- Error writing to file…verify that you have access to that directory. My anti virus programme has now deleted it altogether. Help
Can you show screenshot of the error? I’m interested in which context you are getting this error.
It was AVG sending it to the vault every time I tried to download.
I have overridden this and has now downloaded.

I have also lost my email tracking since i downloaded the update. Is there anyway that i can get this back?
