I need assistance with two points:
First, I would like to download the businesses associated with the domain, including those that currently exist and those that were previously deleted.
Second, after downloading a copy of one of the attached businesses, I am unable to open it. I would appreciate an explanation or guidance on how to resolve these two issues.

There is no feature that allows you to download all businesses in one command - you will have to download each business separately
I believe that you can reinstate businesses that you have removed but there is a time limit so it may not be possible to recover a business that was removed a year ago.
