Do i need keep Travel agency as a supplier?

we buy air tickets for our employees for their yearly travel to their home countries.

I used to goto bank account and spend money to Travel agency and select Expense account which was fine.

But
Now, We have to deposit some amount with travel agency so we can use it whenever we want to.
Do i have to keep travel agency as a supplier to track the deposit with him or is there any alternate solution?

Yeah, once credit is involved, it’s best to create the contact as a customer or supplier.

This way you can track how much was prepaid or how much is still owed.
