# Disable Edit Button

Hello Managers,

Hope you all fine.

Can i disable edit button in manager for sales invoces , reciepts and payments if yes please tell me how.

In Cloud and Server editions this is part of user permissions, see screenshot

For Desktop edition this would not make sense because then no-one could ever update/edit the sales invoice. Desktop edition is single user so why would you prevent yourself from editing the invoice. You can decide that yourself.
