I was wondering if I could delete Sales Order and Sales Invoiced quickly, as of now I cannot delete the Sales Order because it is linked with the Sales Invoiced.
You can unselect sales order on sales invoice so it’s no longer linked. Then delete sales order.

Can I do it by Batch? or do i have to it individually?
You need to reverse the sequence. So if you had created a Sales and from that a Sales invoice and from that a Payment then you need to first delete the Payment, then the Invoice and then the Order. You can batch delete each of these.
