Dears, we have customers group where the headquarter can pay part of their receivables
do you have the option of pay for multiple customer under the same headquarter by one receipt and the system can segregate the payment to the customers ?
No and yes.
There is no way to create groups of customers. Each customer you deal with individually must be separately created.
However, if the headquarters pays for several organizations’ receivables, you can enter one receipt with multiple line items. Each line item can post a portion of the receipt to Accounts receivable for a different customer (a different branch or division of the headquarter’s empire) and a sales invoice of that customer.
