I am using cloud and windows.
I am getting a problem to identified when a customer or suppler name and spelling is more than one. As a proprietorship or individual is may be same name and spelling. In this case Customer/supplier reference is most important. if i use the customers/suppliers code as manually most of the time we are forgetting to last number of the supplier/customer code which i have used manually. It is time consuming and not a user friendly. So if the reference is optional to use auto numbering which will be more helpful. Is it possible to added?

Customers and suppliers can be allocated a “Code” which serves that purpose. Adding a reference would be redundant.
