It is mandatory here in Iceland that bill of sale state if they come from a electronic software.
So I add a line at the bottom of a custom template stating so. How ever the template is not used by default and the line is not seen on PDF.
If I am doing this wrong please advice or advice on how I can make the PDF and Invoice look the same.

have you selected the custom theme in your invoice? this is explained in the guide Change the look of forms with themes | Manager
you can also set theme to be used as default. this is explained in the guide Set form defaults | Manager
you can also add the line as a custom field rather than creating a custom theme.
