Custom Report, Receipt.BankClearDate problem

I am attempting to group income items by date of banking on a custom report…

This works if I use a custom field for Date-Banked and group by Account-name/Date-Banked. However this requires an addition entry field.

I was hoping to use the Bank Cleared Date, but cannot get this to work.
In the ‘Where’ clause, on Receipt/BankClearDate/is/, the options displayed is a list of the data from the Reference field. This is certainly unexpected.

Could you please check.

@Kevin, please post the screenshot of your custom report edit screen in full. This will allow for review and aids support.

I went back into the edit form to replicate the error and found that the edit form appears to be working today. The only real difference is a reboot. I am using Windows 11 and mananger.io version 21.11.63

However, having said that the edit form appears to be working, as far as I understand, the actual report is not! I have attached 3 screen shots each appropriately labelled.

  • One shows the problem I was having - am I glad I took a screen shot!
  • One shows the full edit form
  • One shows a partial report where the Bank Clear Date is reported as ‘Empty’ although the where clause states that only ‘not empty’ is required.
