Hi i am new to this software and in testing stages to see if it suitable for our business. We require a report to show all items purchased by a customer in the last 3 months, please can someone advise on how i could generate this report. Thanks in advance ---

This is not available at present. It would be supported by custom reports, but there is no documentation on the schema yet. ---

Thanks for the quick reply, is there any other way i can generate a similar report? to show items purchased by customer in a time period. I really require a report of this type so our sales reps can have a better understanding of customer purchase trends. please advise ---

Did you have a look at the customer report? If you choose transactions at the type field, you can specify a start and end date. ---

On the main screen choose the “Reports” tab (left side of the screen). Then choose “supplier statement” and on the next screen choose transactions in the “statement type” field. Hope this helps 🙂 ---

Ok i have tried this, i checked supplier statement and also customer statement. it shows the balances for a specific customer or supplier. What i am looking for is a report to tell me what products a “customer A” has purchased in the last 2 weeks. I hope you understand and can help. ---

You are looking at a topic more than a year old. There is a new report, Sales Invoice Totals by Item. Run the report for the period of interest, click on the total for the item, then search the results for the customer of interest. Export the list, if desired. ---
