Custom fields shown twice

Dears I’m using custom filed , I want to put custom filed in custom place but it shows twice
one when using : {{ field.text | newline_to_br }}
and one when using : {{ custom fields[‘filed name’] }}
any way to exclude filed from shown twice?
also how to get filed label when using {{ custom fields[‘filed name’] }} ?
