Is there away to create custom fields to show shipping weight, Terms, ship via?
Also, there doesn’t seem to be an option to print a packing list

You can create custom fields on sales invoice, but to make the content from custom fields visible on invoice, you will need to edit HTML template.

In Manager, “packing slip” is called “delivery note” and it’s available under `Delivery Notes` tab.
