Copy to Clipboard on Profit and Loss Statement Only Copies Report Title

Hi Everyone,

I found an issue in Cloud Edition version 26.5.7.3532 when using the “Copy to Clipboard” feature in the View Report → Profit and Loss Statement menu.

When I click Copy to Clipboard and then paste it into Microsoft Excel, only the report title/header gets pasted, while the actual report data/content does not appear.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Reports → Profit and Loss Statement

  2. Click Copy to Clipboard

  3. Paste into Excel (Ctrl+V)

Expected behavior:

The full Profit and Loss report table (accounts, amounts, totals, etc.) should be copied and pasted into Excel.

Actual behavior:

Only the report title/header is pasted, without the report contents.

Environment:

I have tested this multiple times and the issue persists.
Is this a known bug, or is there any workaround available?

This issue has been fixed in the latest version (26.5.7.3536)

My Cloud Edition is still running on version 26.5.7.3532.
How can I update the cloud version to 26.5.7.3536?

Is the update rolled out automatically, or is there something I need to do on my side?

You can login to customer portal to restart your cloud server

This will force the upgrade
