# Copy and paste

It is a windows region setting. I think this may be your fix  
Click the windows start button  
then select settings

TYpe "control panel into the search box and select control panel in the drop down list

Click on Region

Click on Additional settings

This value needs to be a comma (yours is probably a “minus” “-” or something else)
