Hello,
I am using the cloud version of Manager.io and facing a serious issue for the last 3 months.
After adding 4–5 entries (invoices or transactions), the system starts showing a “Web server is returning an unknown error (Error code 520)”.
I have already tried:

Changing browser (Chrome, Firefox)

Clearing cache
-
Changing internet connection
But the issue still persists.
My backup file size is around 600+ MB.
This issue is interrupting my work continuously, and I have to refresh or wait every few minutes.
Kindly guide:

Is this due to large data size?

Is there any limit on cloud version?

What is the best solution for this issue?
