Cloud version shows Error 520 after every few entries (since 3 months)

Hello,

I am using the cloud version of Manager.io and facing a serious issue for the last 3 months.

After adding 4–5 entries (invoices or transactions), the system starts showing a “Web server is returning an unknown error (Error code 520)”.

I have already tried:

  • Changing browser (Chrome, Firefox)

  • Clearing cache

  • Changing internet connection

But the issue still persists.

My backup file size is around 600+ MB.

This issue is interrupting my work continuously, and I have to refresh or wait every few minutes.

Kindly guide:

  • Is this due to large data size?

  • Is there any limit on cloud version?

  • What is the best solution for this issue?

@asif5809515 This problem is seen at the moment. When we are entering any document and creating a new document by cloning it, And if you continue the same practice after about 09-10 entries . If you go back, it also resets. because it comes before passing a new entry. The data is also completely safe.
