I am trying the free trial on cloud edition and i want to sync my new transactions into the my existing serving edition. It does not work and an error appears when i try to open the back up files of the cloud edition.
make sure the existing edition (Desktop or Server) is the latest version.
Cloud edition is always the latest. so the backups created on a recent version will not import in an older version.
I was already able to open the backup of the cloud version after updating. Thank u

“An error” is very vague. What error? What version are you running. A few screen shots wouldn’t hurt either
