We plan for the cloud edition as we using desktop edition within a month, appreciated of the software easy friendly used. We just started by yesterday of the cloud edition trial. We check and found the Delivery Note, Invoice and Sales Order got unsure description at the top and bottom of the PDF file, between, the columns outline unparalleled. Repeatedly checking the latest version between Desktop and Cloud Edition, business file transferred, but unsure description still remain. Appreciated if you could give me an absolute solution and you can refer to the photo ( right is Cloud Edition ). We used plain theme and custom field for the text with html code. Is it the html code causes?
this issue is caused by your browser. you should disable the header and footer in your browser. it is usually found in the Page Setup option. not sure where in mac though.

Thank you of your guidance, untick print headers and footers at printer ‘show details’. Back to normal and work fine as we tried print few Invoice.
