This seems odd. The account field is blocked when I open this transactions from the Suspense account. Seems to be the reason it is there.
Hope the image is loaded
if the item was created under Inventory Items tab, edit the item and allocate it to a suitable control account. the account will be automatically selected everywhere you select the item.
